Payment Policy
Please note all prices are in New Zealand dollars. We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard. A 3.5% admin fee applies on all card payments. Please advise details at time of booking. A 25% deposit will be taken at time of booking with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If you prefer to pay directly via a NZ bank transfer, please email us for details (your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been processed).
Cancellation Policy
For bookings cancelled outside 30 days of arrival; no deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is charged (unless the room is resold).
*Early Check In/Late Check Out: Normal checkout time is 10am / normal check in time is 2pm ECI (early check in) payable between 6am and 2 pm – LCO (late check out) payable between 10am and 6pm $150 NZD per service. Please note, standard check out/check-in times apply unless arranged prior.
We recommend booking an airport transfer on arrival. Once your booking is confirmed we will advise how best to do this.
Please take extra care when booking your dates of stay to take into account the Cook Islands time zone. Dates booked are final and any changes may incur fees or extra nights to be booked.
Each holiday home at Arcadia Retreat offers similar facilities. We have endeavoured to accommodate your specific villa request but cannot absolutely guarantee any particular holiday home prior to arrival.
